Well first and foremost, it's the Vatican itself ang mahilig mag bend sa rules, and not only that, even CHANGE the rules! Since you mentioned about the 10 commandments, go and research how Vatican changed that in order to justify the veneration of religious icons and images..

Bending the rules or changes actually has benefits and advantages for an organization. As time goes by, Vatican needs to do a "system upgrade" to keep up with the times.. In my opinion, okay lang magminyo ang pari to put an end to that ancient rule of celibacy. Actually there are several diocese in Germany permitting priests to get married.. This vow of celibacy is not compatible in our contemporary setting anymore.
