Why is it the head of the Philippine Taekwondo Association giving a highest position to a person who is yellow belt and exclussive distributor if KIX taekwondo products in Region VII, particularly in cebu city?

i agree with koryo. if its true nga yellow belt lang then hes knowledge about managing isnt enough. it doesnt have to be a master of the art but atleast a blackbelt 1st dan will do
