yup....as long as VISA n xa.. it will need the last 3 numbers at the back of your card...

You can get a visa debit card from Unionbank (zero maintaining balance )or Equicom Savings bank (100 pesos maintaining balance)

For equicom, you can get the card the day you apply but for eon it may take 2-3 weeks.

yes pede kaayo as long as naay VISA/mastercard. I'm using EON right now sa unionbank. no required maintaining balance but you have an annual fee of around 350PHP...

Hi guys, Just an FYI You can not use BDO ATM/ Debit Card Visa/ mastercard to get verified with paypal. tried both and it does not work. I also inquired with BDO and got this reply from them;

Dear Sir/Ma’am:

Please be advised that BDO has no direct partnership with Paypal and thus,
our ATM Debit card is not accepted in any of their online services.

Please also note that our ATM Debit card cannot be used in any form of
online transactions. Its service function is limited to ATM machine related
transactions and Point of Sale (POS) transaction by physically swiping the
ATM card to merchants POS terminals.
