FYI, again, this mall is not twice or thrice as big as MOA. It's not even big enough to displace MOA area. The edge of SM SRP is not in just it's size but also with it's AESTHETICS. So far, only this MALL has deviated from the boring boxy/rectangular form of ALL SM MALLS. And it is the FIRST ONE to be laid with heavy greeneries that can match even Ayala Center Cebu Terraces in terms of green spaces and parks in the Mall. This mall stands up to it's name as a Mini-City in the making. This is the most BEAUTIFUL mall in the Philippines that far outshines the fame of the Ayala Malls.

if makabantay ka, halos tanan magazines or organizations naa silay most luxurious, most green, most beautiful, ug uban pang most ____ malls tsurva. and if you noticed, dili sila parepareho ug malls na ginasulti. ana lang na. I don't even think na as of now, ang ayala cebu ang the most luxurious, if you compare it to greenbelt lang gani. hibalo man ta tanan, tua sa greenbelt ang mga mahal na stores, for now.

And I don't think kontra siya sa ayala malls. hehehe. he/she even acknowledged the fame and beauty of ayala malls. And when it comes naman to malls, its to each his own. lahi man ang market na ginaattract ang SM, lahi sad ang Ayala. its all about market niching.

^ Very right. Di man ko kontra sa Ayala. In fact the Ayala's are indeed famous for the superb aesthetic of their mall. But what I meant that what SM said nga "after SM SRP, mabaduy jud ang Ayala" and it's true, when you look at the plan for SM SRP, nalampasan najud nila ang standard sa Ayala. Look at the greeneries, the open spaces, the iconic tower in the center and the whole circular structure itself. It will indeed be the first SM Mall that is circular and the only one that can beat ACC. Look at all the SM malls including SM City Cebu, they're all the same boxy/rectangular designs that are plain boring. Look at the Ayala malls, circular mostly and are heavy with aesthetics and greeneries.

SM SRP will set the difference kay mao rani ang MALL NA PANGMASA PERO ANG DESIGN MAS LABAW PA's LUXURY SA AYALA MALLS. And the two serve two different markets, Ayala is for the Class B and Class A market. It is in simple words, "High End". SM on the other hand is more "PANGMASA" or it serves the Class C and Class D customers. Obvious man kay daghan man kaayong luxury brands sa Ayala kaysa sa SM.

Ayala has set the standards for the kind of mall to be built soon in Cebu. SM SRP will compete with it in terms of design but the market they cater two will remain different, that is if SM SRP will not host luxury brands like Ayala Center Cebu.

Because this is not SM Mall of Asia Cebu. This is SM SRP and that name is not even final. The mall project name is SM NAUTILUS MALL but it also is not yet final. Look at the design, it is derived from a NAUTILUS shell, circular with outer bands are represented by the surrounding residential towers.

di na jud mapugngan ang pag tukod sa SM...tiaw mo nah?..three times ang gidako-on as compared sa MOA..

naka sulod man jud ko sa MOA and man...dili siya masuroy ug usa ra ka adlaw oi...basin maabtan ta ug usa ka semana ug suroy suroy sa SM sa SRP unya?...
