mostly ani mga companies sa manila... like citibank... ang ingon man gud sa taga john clements nga ang ang employer mismo ang mo-sweldo nimo, dili ang taga john clements... ambot oie... galibog pod baya ko... unsaon kaha nila pag-income... pero i doubt if they are agency...

technically, ang company gyud ghapon ang mo sweldo nimo ana if hired... pero it may not be true to all cases so better klarohon nalang from the start kung unsa jud para dili na mag usik2x og oras ang both parties
