ad2 ka sa xp nga naa imo hdd.. make sure naka shared daan ang setting sa imo hdd but i suggest to make a folder in your hdd nya ang folder ra ang ishare not the whole hdd for security reasons of course.
XP VNP SERVER:
open up network connections --->> create new connection --->> set up an advance connection --->> accept incoming connection --->> skip this next step just press next --->> allow virtual private connection ---->> select user (make sure naa password kay prone imo network to hacking) --->> press next until finish. and ur done with the server.
ROUTER:
go to your router make sure to port forward 1723 for VPN pptp.
CLIENT END:
open up network connections --->> create new connection --->> connect to the network at my work place --->> VPN connection --->> give it a name(anything in mind) --->> do not dial the initial connection(coz ur not on dial up) --->> type in your public ip address(the one ur isp give to you) or dyn dns if naa ka ana nga service --->> next --->> finish
you should be prompted with a window like remote desktop connection just log in. then ok na makita na nimo sa client where ever you are tanan shared files sa VPN SERVER.
good luck!..
