    /facepalm

I was, like, wat? That didn't even address the issue or anything.

Anyway, on topic, nindot tinuod ang CI. Daghan sad mga companya mu prefer ani na framework. So, in terms of job finding, this is a good skill to have under your belt.

Best way to learn CI is to sit down and get your hands dirty. Build a website using CI kay dha rajd nmu makit and ma appreciate ang power ani na framework.

Ako ma suggest would be a simple Blog CMS with registration and login function. This will allow you to use maybe 60% of CI's most useful functions. Set a deadline, like maybe a week, for yourself pra mapugos jd kag kat-on. And don't use plugins. CI is more than capable enough. Plugins just make your life easier. Which is not the point of this learning exercise.

Ako pd i-recommend ang mga tutorials sa website itself. But, mind you, dli na updated ang videos nila. Some functions shown in one of those videos have been deprecated or changed. Also, some function names ergo syntax have also changed. So, take it with a grain of salt.

Gamita pd ang user guide, kay mao nay usa ka advantage sa CI. They're well documented. Most of your questions can be answered by the userguide. Try lng jd ug self study brader, kay I doubt anyone here would take out time just so they can mentor you. Mas maayo pag mag kat-on kag imo and if you have specific questions, post lng ka dri.

tl;dr -CodeIgniter is lightweight, well documented and is a useful skill to have. If you want to learn. Build a website with it. Have specific questions? Post here. Don't forget to use Google.

    Good luck.
