i think more or less tnuod jd ni. my mom knows the grandson of the owner of filinvest. They also own ongoing Construction of a Hotel i think across Parklane hotel and Crimson Hotel in Mactan . If i can recall correctly, he said that they'll be constructing 40 buildings (Condo-tels) it would have new mall for easy access, restaurants... mura daw much nndot compared sa sm, complete amenities daw. i think mura na jd ni ug MOA,

sakto ka sir! gotianun ang apelyido anang owner sa filinvest, i think dako jd kaayo ni, kay murag 40 buildings mn ilang e contruct. that's what his grandson told us when we had a meeting less than a month ago.
