I was at the airport in Taiwan last month. As soon as I exited the plane, I saw the huge sign, "Drug Trafficking is punishable by death in the ROC". Wow, makakulba man pud ilang sign. I guess they don't mess around when it comes to stuff like that.

Dili lalim ma-priso sa China oi.. some people might even prefer a death sentence than life imprisonment in China.

China is master of propaganda. The stay of execution gets them plus points with an Asian ally but still give them the option to kill the three in the future if they want to.

Just watched the news about this and oh boy, China is giving us the leeway on those 3 Filipinos and I totally agree on the political analysts saying that this leeway didn't come as a freebie.. there's gotta be a hush hush x-deal between China and our country.

I pity our nation for being so vulnerable at these times and China is taking FULL advantage of it. Hmmmm, goodbye Spratly's? or off you Chinese nationals(who are in prison right now)?
