I'm not sure if i picked the right category for this topic, so do forgive me if i made a mistake.

So i got a parcel notice today. Dugay nako gahuwat ani but karun lang nako nadawat. And the notice card states that a "parcel will be returned to the sender or disposed after 30 days from date of issue of this notice." The date of issue for this one, it says, is Jan 18. And i just got it today, Feb 18. Will they dispose of my package? D:

I'm seriously worried as heck kay the package is a Christmas gift from a friend in Australia. But gi send to niya when she was vacationing in Japan. I would have claimed it instantly if i got the notice earlier, but karun ra jud naabot. As in mga 10+ minutes pa lang ang nilabay and i'm really worried. Tabang, mga langit.

So yeah, this thread is mainly about my problem with Phil Postal service but you guys can share your woes with our postal service too.

ilaha man sad na sala nganong 1 month after pa gi deliver sa ilang cartero.. kay kung ila na e dispose pangasaba didto ga yaya lang na sila..

unsa sad kaha pasabot nila anang e disposed nila sa? ilaha na kung walay mo claim?

Mao lagi, nganong karun ra naabot. I live in a small compound-like area, kanang naa ray isa ka main gate for a couple of houses. Ang among silingan nakadawat sa notice and ana xa na niana daw ang kartero na "wala xa katultol." :I

Ako gi tan-aw ang address sa notice, klaro man kaayo kay with gate number, street name, subdivision name, etc.

Lol bitaw sah, unsaon kaha na nila if ila "i-dispose". Ka lain sad ana na rule oi, sila ra ba ang slow. :c

mao gyud.. pagkatapulan lang gyud sa kartero.. asa man diay ni nga post office? diha sa cebu city sa may plaza?

Yeah, i think. Naay stamp diri na "Cebu Central Post Office". So i assume kana.

Naa pay "Subjected to customs inspection". Reading that gave me chills. Every time i hear "customs", dili jud pretty ang story.
