yes I don't have any kids... but I have lots of little nieces and nephews that I always remind not to talk to strangers..... I never said I can/would be a possible victim... I'm just emphasizing that you need not to so much depend on the POLICE FORCE that we all know.....

no matter how we complain that they were not there when the crime happened... there will still be incidents that they won't be there again....

I did not say police visibility is a bad idea.. well in fact its a very good one... I was just disagreeing on statement that blames police force because of what happened on the " ASSUMED SECOND ABDUCTION" but was never proven.... what if it's just a 1 good samaritan?

people are paranoid about free rides right now.... and I understand.. and it is good. being paranoid keeps people safe.... I'd rather be paranoid than to be negligent... (mag tinanga)
