Default HELP! How do I have multiple "internet windows"?

    Help, pls.

Our home computer has internet access (dsl). Ever since we had it, I could browse through multiple windows (e.g., 1 window for yahoo, another for google, another for istorya). So the 3 windows run together. Since 2 weeks ago, I can't! Now, if I try to open a new window, it will open on the first one. When I click on the internet explorer application icon, instead of opening a new window, it brings my current window back to the home page.

I don't know where to change the settings. I've tried internet options, but no luck. Hope to get help soon. Thanks!

for a quick solution you may try to this:

choose any link on the currently open window, then right-click > open link in new window

Check if you have the Yahoo IE toolbar installed.. I had a problem once .. i can only open one IE window at a time.. After hours of research its the yahoo toolbar thats causing it.. check on installed programs.. uninstall everything except yahoo messenger.. and restart..

scan your PC for virii and please do update your AV... take out all toolbars. they're really good programs. they're just ads. if the problem persists, switch to Mozilla Firefox.
