and started playing with HTML and CSS with blogger and then eventualy learning PHP using Wordpress.

i suggest you go first with blogger, later na ang domain jud, same ra na cla, if your site doesnt have traffic from organic searches then wala ra gihapon mo income. there are a lot of blogspot sites that top the SERPs with their niche

try searching for philippine nursing board exam results, or philippine board exam results, or mosley vs pacquiao (or vice versa). tan.awa kinsa ang mga ni top, naay mga blogspot dba. no need to hurry kay if there's no traffic then its still useless

nya even though sa philippines ra na dagko gihapon kaayo ni earnings coz people really search for these keywords plus with the way they place their ads. so its still boils down to your content.
