i know of a family with six kids...the matriarch died....the taxes on their properties tawn...maau ra ba if these properties were really earning ones...sus kapunga-punga jud sila pay sa tax.

d` ako pasabot kanang mga panday, mga mangingisda, mga housekeepers, mga janitor daghan kaayong mga pobre sa pilipinas nga hasta basic needs kay kulang pa ilang income. Mga farmers sa bukid. I have a lola cousin sa akong lola kay she's very old na pero maayo pa gihapon kaayo molakaw although dili na kaayo siya kakita kung mongitngit na. I wonder if you are employed in Pinas naay workers compensation insurance? That's where i work here sa States. Its a government agency. We insure employers who have workers its required by law here that anytime you employ even part-time workers, you have to cover for their insurance. Workers compensation insurance covers for on the job injuries then we send those injured workers to rehab and provide them benefit check so that they can go back to gainful employment. Naa sab no mga cases nga ang employee because na injured namatay, those type of cases we pay big amounts. Its either e compromise and release namo ang settlement for a fixed amount and usually its by the thousands in dollars basta someone dies as a result while on the job - nahulog sa pader, whatever the case may be. Bisan maipit ra na iimong finger you are entittled to workers comp insurance benefits. There are cases that reaches up to a million dollars settlement. So mao na nature sa akong employer since we are talking insurance there are so many kinds this is just one and very important for employers to cover their employees. Life insurance is different naman compared. People dont get it kasi they dont think about dying but its really important to have that. True what is couple of pesos for your own family protection you can go shopping and your money is gone dili na nimo makit-an. While if you set aside a little each month for insurance to cover you and your family, its such good thinking and preparation on your part and you will have peace of mind knowing maski unsa mahitabo nimo just in case, at least your family has something there to go on with their life.

i will beg to disagree...gamit gihapon kung marami kang money oi. do u know how big inheritance tax is susme...sumakit ulo ng dad ko at mga kapatid nya nung namatay ang lola ko.

with insurance...you protect the assets that you have already established. you protect the loved ones you left behind with money to pay for the inheritance taxes. imagine mo na lang...meron ka nga konting pera...tsaka konti properties...pero ang pera mo naubos (AT KULANG MINSAN!) dahil sa tax for the properties...eh di wala din ikaw halos iniwan for the family to live on....so ibebenta na lang ang land after the taxes...naku...parang wala ka ring iniwan...
