semi furnished and right term ana sir. ang fully furnished man gud includes all the furnishings and appliances.

As i've posted before Maam, walay word na FURNISHED sa akong post, what is written there is FULLY FINISHED, not FURNISHED. and no, dili pud na sya matawag na semi-furnished kay wala may basic na furnishing like beds, tables and chairs. FINISHED lang ako gibutang diha, as opposed to BARE UNIT, meaning naa nay tiles, partitions, painted na, and comes with the basic light, kitchen and bathroom fixtures. I hope that clears things up. thanks
