Playoff success has no bearing on the REGULAR SEASON MVP award. Nowitzki still won MVP honours despite getting eliminated in the first round.
Dirk's was a special case since the mavericks that year had a outstanding record and no other team came close, people even questioned his candidacy for being a MVP that year after losing the first round even Dirk. I'm not saying that playoff success has a big impact for being a regular season MVP, but it sure helps to give a lasting impression, and if the best 2 or 3 teams are only separated by a couple of wins, it will make you think a little
dude, the voting for MVP ends before the playoffs get underway.
i would say JAMES again. . crossing finger, but i voted for kobe in the poll. hahaha
i have a feeling pud na c lebron na sad mudaog. but i hope its either kobe or rose
