    ang sa akong case ako rman gi pagaan ako lawas then sige rako jog. nawla man ang knee problem nako

    same ra gyud ta ninyo ako pod left knee napangka og lain nga knee 6 foot nga hieght way back 2002, kong sobra ko mo duwa mo sakit gyud og ma ayo there was a time nga neh gain ko og weight and gamay lang dagan nako mo sakit na gyud sya samotan pa gyud nga wala nakoy exercise ato wala nay duwa2x og basketball for a year pag balik nako duwa murag na wagtangan na gyud kog gana kay mag antos nako sa kasakit...

    nag research ko sa internet, and mao neh ako na kuha.. first nag hinay ko og jogging wala nako gi kalit akong kusog. walking ko mga 3 minutes then if feel nako singot nako diha nako mo start og jogging. if ma feel nako nga sakit na akogn tuhod walk nasad..

    start nako drink og milk and balik duwa basketball until ni ubos akong weight, and now deli na gyud sya mo sakit gawas og ma tuyo gyud og kusog akong pag landing kong gikan layat...awahi gyud neh akong left og landing permi kay na anad nako nga ma hadlok mo tugpa akong left..

    personal advice nako bro.. pa ubos lang og timbang kanang sakto nga maka support imong knee then pag wear permi og knee support para kong kusog imong dagan deli twist og ma ayo imong knee, ayaw lang pod pugsa kong sakit na gyud ka ayo, igo2x lang bah if you love soccer gyud puyde pa cguro nah pero deli na like before nga deli ka mahadlok...

    nya sa pagka-on likaye gyud nah laman lo-ob for example ginabot ta-as ka ayo nah og acid. monggos pod kanang high in protien isa nah maka pa samot. then drink lang ka milk and mga high calcium nga food..

    @TS: unsa imo position diay? prone gyud to knee injuries ang soccer noh?

    i played goalie and fullback when i was in college.

    my knees are good but its my right elbow.. been to doctors and manghihilots.

    my elbow often makes a snapping thud when making a flex.

    i wish nag chess na lang ko.

    @moonrose: mao na diha ron. fav ra ba gyud nako ang laman loob..hehe

    try pud mga knee exercises bro...search lang sa youtube kay daghan diha mga exercises to strengthen your knees...actually karon kay nag suffer pud ko ug pains sa akong both knees...nya nag apil2x ko ug mga running events...after ani last nako nga run mag focus ko on how to strengthen my knees by doing the right exercises for it...hope it helps bro..

    consult a doc and follow what he/she says.. learn to accept the fact that you might not be allowed to play with the same frequency and intensity as you did before.. ayaw palabi kay basin ma permanently damage na hinuon na imong knee.. sus kani ra bang mga lalake, feeling superman.. sahay dli mu pay attention sa mga warning signs sa lawas..

    sayoha sad nimo na injured bay uy!!! lisud na gyud na imo sitwasyon bay kung soccer imo sports kay mao gyud na gamit kaau ana nga duwa..stk!!

    ako pa nimo bai..change sports og lifestyle..save your body rather than you save your team...kay kung ikaw madisgrasya balik..imo ra jud tanan ang alaot ana..kuyaw na hinoon og maputlan kag tiil ana...

    ako,i plan to go back to my old sports after I got the MRI results last week. It was negative from traumatic knee sysmptoms except sa fluid sa akong knee.

    I suggest you undergo MRI coz it really give us clear directions on our lifestyle.

    watitiw,, share na pud ko,,, nag pa MRI na gyud ko last week,, been to my doctor ganina,,, bad result gyud,,, na completely tear na gyud ako ACL na ligament,, he told me to have 1 month rehab sa perpetual,, after ana mga march,,, anha nako operahan,, he told me if mag pa opera nako i could go back to my sport again,,,


    if ang ACL na gisi,, ingun siya mag kuha ra daw ug part sa imu muscle sa imung humstring para i ilis sa imung teared ACL ligament, after rehab napud blk niya if okay na pwd nako maka duwa blk,,,
