naingon ani ko before pero dili man katol basta masingutan.. basin allergic to something ka... try to eat healthy foods, avoid fatty and salty foods ug mga alcoholic drinks pag water therapy lang usa. try claritine, anti-allergy na cya nga tablet. or basin bungang araw na imoha kay mukatol man kaha basta sington.. better pa check na jud sa doctor.. basin sa dugo pud na nimo..
