    ipa killer imong cover letter.. panguyabi ang client.. lols. ayaw hutda imong job quota dayun, kay basin naa mu come up nga new jobs nga interested ka.. and don't stop trying.. lisod jud na ang first hire and you have to work for virtually nothing para lang makaget ug good feedback. akong first job though, was 1.40/hour.. and hired gihapon ko sa client until now.. nanganad nga gamay akong rate haha.

    daghan mag available jobs.. from programming stuff, customer support, writing, ug mga admin support such as data entry, transcription, virtual assistance..

    sure.. i remember i was once without feedback and needed jobs badly.. now my clients always contact back for more jobs to be done.. sobra na gai sa akong workload..

    generic ra kaau nga advise but ana lang jud na.. apply lng jud den when you get your first job, don't think about how much money you will get..

    Hi guys, I have one active interview receive today. My question is it was a fixed price payments then he give me some instructions about sa work (simple data encoding) in which he give me next week to complete about 6k data. I'm a bet worried as I browse to der status coz bag-o pa ang employer this feb 2011 plang cla member and this is der first job post and I juz let them know lang daw if ma complete na nako ang job and from there we can talk for the payments. Should I go for this one? need your suggestion guys..tanx

    try negotiating for a milestone payment. like get paid part of the amount every 2k data.

    Try to check if Payment Method Verified ba na imong employer. For me I don't usually take fixed price jobs, too risky kaau specially if dagko na na benjamins ang involve (anyway, you can ask for an upfront payment).

    I was a victim of this fixed price job before.. From the original 900 dollars na sabot namo sa employer, I was paid by 600 dollars only.. Wa koy nahimo bisag mi reklamo ko sa odesk ky tubagon rka sa management na wla clay kontrol sa mga fixed price job..
