I'd like to know if anyone of you had an experience of being pirated from one company to another .. what was your dilemmas? options? negotiations? or queries to the other party before you finally approve or how did you decline such offers?

Also if you guys know of stories pertaining to the topic, please feel free to share them. I'd like to know how it ended up and what are the good and bad consequences they experienced

If you're being pirated on a different company, dapat the pay way outweighs your current salary by a certain fold, apil na ang benefits ana.

nakatry pud ko ani.. offer sila ug mas taas na pay, wala ko ni accept coz ganahan ko saku workm8s.. karon, nagmahay ko... hehehe

Piracy is where you didn't apply with that company whom they want to hire you... I'm not really sure, but I've heard it is illegal. Maybe there are mechanics or loopholes with the law.

sa akong part kay nahadlok ko mobalhin kay dapat daw 6months after pa ko mo-accept og work nga same og industry or business sa current one or else I will be sued.

all of us personnel sa branch kay piraton unta, mahug og competitor tong magpirate namo. we were warned by one of our close colleagues sa top management kay ikiha mi og mahibaw-an. nindot unta og offer and everything. pero syempre lisud na.

then karon kay ni resign naman jud ko, di gihapon ko ka work (after 6 months) og same industry or business sa previous one or else blah-blah-blah

my previous manager kay nahibaw-an sya, gitawag sya sa company lawyer. ambot og naunsa na to sila. nanawag man to sya sa office before kinsa daw nagpahibaw sa head office.

wa pako kadungog nga nai gi kiha jud tungod sa breach of contract diri sa cebu......naka experience ko ana...nga gi offeran ko sa lain company...ako gihuman ang akong 1 year contract sa previous nako nga company.....pwede rana nimo dili humanon imong contract...but f naa kai work ethics og professionalism og delicadiza humanon jud na nimo...f wala kai contract...u are free to go....mo inform lang ka 15 days before ka mo fly away...

ako ka try ko ani, but ang nagpirate nko ang ako customer before na pirme nko servisan. ok ra man kay nitarong ko ug resign sa ako previous company with 15 days notice. until now naa pko sa company na nagpirate nko. ok ra man ang environment ug ang mga workmates nko. the problem lang is mag 4 years nko hpit ka-usa pko nag salary increase, hinuon pagbalhin nko taas2 ang offer ug gmay sa salary nko before plus signing bonus.
