I have an interview with Convergys. What is the hiring process at Convergys?

what type of questions we will be getting for interview and test?

Any advice?

well...

first of all you dont need to know the recruitment process just to be prepared...

all you have to do is

1. Research
a.) Company
b.) Position applied(qualifications needed must be in par with your qualifications)
c.) Possible interview questions(almost all CC's interview starts with (tell me about yourself)
2. Mock interview(do this with a friend or a family...let him/her ask questions possible to be asked)

3. Plan your dress (need not to be impressive but professional looking and it comfortably fits to you)
4. Be on time(well at least 15 minutes before your scheduled interview)
5. wear the most effective good luck charm of them all ( SMILE)
6. just be yourself! (in that way you can be confident)

(hints on interview)
-most all questions are designed to know you and your credibility so stay constant throughout the interview
-prepare for exams(must be and most certainly related to the position you are applying plus the IQ test)
-often applicants who failed are the ones who lacks knowledge on the company and the ones who don't know what they are applying for.
-tell them what you are made of and what can you do...always and always back up your claims with experience. (don't just say your hardworking but rather you state a situation where you have been a hardworking person)
-try searching youtube for the best way to answer some of the most difficult and most common questions to be asked during interview

I was there ganiha. Fnal ntrview ko ugma at 2pm.
Process nla:
1. Vurv - online profile
2. Initial ntrview
3. Pc based exam
4. Written exam, u can even use ur cp as calculator
5. Results.
I had nothng to do kanina that's why i went to I.T. Park. 15th pa man start ko etel. Nakit-an man gud ko sa akong amiga. Duh, girefer ko. Wa jud ko dala ug resume. Ad2 lang ko suwat sa info sheet.
