    Default Forming an accredited foundation...

yes we will continue to pursue this until we can attain it. forming a foundation requires that we deposit 100,000 as a bond with the securities and exchange commission.

ICCM, we are planning new outreach activities... will contact you should we require medical help

Just a word of advice my fellow istoryan... when you first reply to topics especially serious ones around here... read the first post so u won't end up asking people the obvious. People can be so ridiculous.

BeoR, my husband has a client who works for very rich people here, iya trabaho kay siya tigpangita ug charity institutions to give away these people's donations. We'll try to ask her about this, who knows we can get funding from them, maayo unta. I suggest you guys plan an outreach to very poor areas in Cebu, then picture² dayon aron dali maluoy ang mga foreign funders.

Anyhow, kung cooperative ang itukod, maka loan man ug money sa central bank. I'm not very good with the particulars pero anybody can build a cooperative.

As for the other members who're quite ignorant about how it is like everytime mag outreach ang Istorya, kung naay i-post nga outreach we invite you to help and be there with us. We've already had a number of outreach programs for the past two years.

master, how many members does istorya have? if it becomes very difficult to find sponsors, perhaps we should try to gain inital funding within ourselves.

say... 3000 members * 10 pesos each.... 30k.. pretty decent..

BeoR - Let me know the structure and system of the foundation . AKP-USA might be of big help for we share the same sentiments of providing HUMANITARIAN services . We can be a sponsor for the outreach in collaboration of istorya.net .

until we can come up with 1million pesos (yes, they upped it from 100 thousand) to put up as a security bond with the Securities & Exchange Commission, we will just have to do our charity works in small ways. sooner or later we will be able to source that amount to pursue this plan. everything is in place already, from lawyers to accountant to volunteers... all that is needed now is the security bond.
