@KE-25: I don't think its a driver issue. Numark Mixtract and well as the Numark DJ IO will connect to your computer as class-compliant USB device (so NO software driver needed).
"Full MIDI compliance means MIXTRACK will also work with virtually any MIDI- mappable music software. MIXTRACK connects to a Mac or PC as a class- compliant USB device so it requires no software drivers to work, and USB powers it so you won't need an external supply."

What mixing software you're using? You may check again your sound set-up configuration.

I have the very simple Total Control and DJIO with dual sound card ... but both have drivers using TRAKKTOR LE ... it doesn't function in Windows 7 ... I haven't had the chance to do it on XP wc I was advised to do.
