Gi abunuhan tuod... pero gi uwan man pud... mura na nuon ug lunangan sa kabaw ka lapok... naa nag motor karun buntag ni slide perte ka hagba sa driver kuwang nalang molangoy siya sa river of mud, hahay.

Dapat mo action pud unta ning taga Gaisano Grand Mall usa sila sa mga rason nganu na ingun ana kanang lugara... dili man siguro ma ibanan ila milyones if ila nalang tabangan ang barangay, ipa semento nalang na nila, malipay pa mga residente dinha, at least they have shown social responsibility.

Ako tan aw ani ang mga opisyal sa LLC nag paka buta bungol, if ang nakita nila na problema is drainage then by all means solusyunan nila, dili sila mo blame ug lain tao sa ila inadequacy. Political will ra na... saun mahadlok man sila maka bangga ug mga botante, hadlok sila dili na mo botar nila sunod election.

A classic example: Kanang mga tricycle hagbay ra ang plano na pahawaun na sila sa major streets pero way action kai same reason hadlok sila ma wagtangan ug mga botante.

Lapu-lapu is progressing rapidly, the question now: Is Lapu-lapu ready for this rapid developments? we have to move forward, leaders should be pro-active in finding ways to sustain these developments.

@Leartes, thank you for your message, my point here I just hope that Gaisano Grand Mall can be more of a socially responsible company.

Socially responsible companies can act in a number of ways to benefit society. For example, companies can give money to the arts, fund academic scholarships, support community-building initiatives, and so on there is no limit on how they can help.

They can also commit not to pollute or to reduce the pollution they put out, or in this case reduce the traffic jam they are causing, build bigger parking lots for tricycle and so on and so forth.

As I have said I JUST HOPE that Gaisano Grand Mall can be more socially responsible company but if they can't be, then it's OK, no worries... just Wishful thinking...
