    bro, i need advice on gaining weight and muscles. i've been working out for almost 5 months na.. underweight ku before ngstart maggym.. karon kay ni samut man gamay aku weight.. any advice or routines that i can do to gain and maintain my desired wieght? im around 5'9" and mu range aku weight ron from 135-141 lbs.. aku target weight is mga 150...

    akua 80% rman akong usual na e deadlift if working sets lang. ako rman e save ang 20% if human naku gym naay manghagad ug action!hhahahha.joke. ganahan ko 80% lang kay wala na gamit straps ug belt. kapuyan man gud ko tang2x nya taod napud.usually 6-10 reps rman akong working sets it depends by feel lang. dman pud ko tig gloves kay gamay ra akong kamot dili ko maka tarung grip sa bar if mag gloves ko. mao kubal gyud hinoun.

    kanang 1rm pang "crazy days" ra na brad. once a month siguro payter. kanang baga kag kobal has nothing to do with your grip strength. lain sad na siya nga training specialization. anyway, i would rather use straps kung mobigay na ako grip kay sa mo suffer ako training.

    hmmm... i dont follow a diet routine bro.. i eat regular foods daily.. but i dont eat a full meal during breakfast, just wheat bread and yogurt.. i think i have a fast metabolism since underweight jud ko since highschool pro dghan man tah ku ma eat...

    guys, i use gloves para dili kobalan ako palms. mada-ot man gud ang mood ni misis kung daghan kobal ako kamot inog caress nako nya. hahaha! ako main problem gyud is mugbo ako fingers sa left hand. right now, i can squat more than i can deadlift, which should be the other way around. to improve grip daw: deadlift more, use alternate grip, use chalk. aha makapalit ug chalk for weightlifting? pwede ng gagamiton sa billiards or baby powder or chalk gagamiton sa school?
