    dli man gani maka labay og tarung sa basora recycling na noon. e rewire muna ang mga utok sa mga pinoy aron ma tinood ni tanang anti flooding solution. mahulog rag bs tanan sa pagka gahi og ulo sa pinoy.

    Bisan pag maproper waste disposal the plastics in dump sites will eventually be at its highest level...

    You cannot recycle the cellophanes it would take so much fossil fuel to do so...

    I go for the paper bags at least it will decompose in a shorter period of time... and you don't need to plant hardwood trees that would take hundreds of years to mature.

    mas nindot ang paper bag kay pwede ra ma recycle. plastic is toxic. naay chemicals

    The reason why I don't think that it won't work is because if we'll ban plastics and cellophanes, there are still other ways to throw garbage. Paper could cause clog ups in case of paper bags and boxes as well too much more sacks. What would be the next move? Ban paper bags, boxes, and sacks?

    Barangays should discipline the people about waste management. They could come up with waste disposal regulations and implement it properly. If they'll just be stricter, everybody will be disciplined.
