mga bro and sis. Naay bago na mall ipatukod ang ayala. and it is dubbed to be the most luxurious mall sa Philippines. Mga sikat and mahal lage daw ang stores pero naa sad ang affordable. Usa na ang Zara nga store. Sa akong mga nadunggan, naa daw GUCCI, LV, D&G, PRADA, ug uban pang sikat na pangalan sa fashion industry. 9 hectares ang mall.

9 hectares ang mall... this may cause confusion for the new information. basing from what i've read in your link, the said 9 hectares is the total land area of the Ayala Center Cebu and not the expansion. The expansion will be only a 36,000s.m. (total floor area)...

i've searched on google. last thread was 2008 pa. i think it's a hoax pud kai wala man sad sa international website na nag ingon naai developments na matukuran ug universal studios sa pinas. ang naa raman kai dubai ug india.


hangyo sad nako anang big international brands mapa food man or bags or accessories or what-have-you's dapat one branch lang dyud para likay sirado. pareha atong wendy's na wa dyud tawn ko katilaw ato.

Anybody here who have heard news about a "new" mall inMactan which will be constructed near Bigfoot. Its a 2-3 hecatres combined, separated by a road but theres a bridgeway to connect both. Construction daw will commence soon.

Kinsa kaha ang developer ani....basig naa moy idea? at least mahimo na jud bibo ang mactan daghan na sad mga malls didto...
