    Default banning cellophane, plastic

do you agree banning plastic cellophane as one of the ways to stop flood, are you willing to make sacrifice, what is your comment

ok ra man but unsa man replacement? paper bag?

Di man plastic or cellophane ang cause sa floods, ang basura in general man. Another wrong solution to the problem.

I think the problem lies with proper garbage disposal, not just plastic and cellophane. Banning those won't help much with the flooding problem if other junk still clutter about.

To choose between using a plastic or using a paper bag means chosing between this:

Kill a fish or kill a tree? Either isn't good, right?

I guess the best option for garbage control/disposal is still to Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, and Recover.

    Agree. Discipline/Initiative is the key.
