Just do your work well... and what the company wants you to do. If your boss is the F. Devil, then do everything he says as long as it is related with your work.
Then, if DMD jud, just like mine... plastikay lang, then outside sa work, if pwede mo likay, likay nalang. Don't force yourself na that devil will someday turn into an angel.
Thanks Scott.
Same rata ug situation bro.... If you do your job... Do NoT do it for him. Just do it for yourself...
Ing ana ko before for 2 years... I did my best to please him, but he still push me to the ground. Karon, labi na I'm now with another team, I do my job the best that I can do. Even if I don't receive recognition from him, at least my officemates know my real performance... Keber!

show your boss that you can do the job right...if he still push you around then push her around too...don't be intimidated kay ganahan na sila mohadlok sa mga bag-o recruit sa company.....know a lot of things about your boss esp her tactics this would help you be guarded of his moves about you.....
@yervyl...thanks...
your boss may have failed relationships, unhappy childhood , or any other psychological problem that may be causing such behavior. maybe all he needs is a friend, try to find some common interests --try to talk things that are not work related like sports, and of course be consistent in doing your work well. also keep in mind that resignation does not mean that you are surrendering. even if he is a foreigner or he is the owner does not give him the right to disrespect you in anyway. so if your reason for staying is just for the pay, i think there's no amount that could sum up to the unhappiness and stress that your boss is giving you. you deserve to be in a position where your efforts at work are best appreciated and love, this environment will enable your professional growth and stay healthy. good luck!
