Philippines is a godforsaken country and obviously becoming a worst place to live . I have decided not to come back to this country now that I learned the Philippine President ignored the warnings from other countries' intelligence agency . Stupid ...and so are the Filipinos (Cebuanos mostly) for electing an Ab-Noy .

i dont think you are being fair, when 9/11 happened the ph intelligence informed US intel about it you're probably not aware that 9/11 was planned here, but US took the ph intel for granted.

the 9/11 terror plot took years to manifest while this intel was just last november. if the government had pinpoint the group behind this, to the point that are they saying that this group doesn't have the capabilities. why dont they conduct surveillance on them as precaution (every terrorist group should be monitor as SOP lol)

well we dont know which terrorist group is behind the attack, or rather the government is tight lipped on the matter..

its either the government did not see this coming due to lack of intelligence which makes the reason "the group does not have capabilities" a lie to cover the truth or the government made a wrong assessment because they are probably looking for a grand attack which reminds me of Philippine Airlines Flight 434 .

so they were not ready for a small scale bombing...
