    #1. look at your dad; look at your mom. are they as skinny as twigs?

    if yes, stop dreaming and be happy you're not obese.

    #2. are you young? in your teens, or early twenties?

    if yes, then wait til you get a little older. you'll be astonished at how fast you can actually get fat.

    #3. do you look unhealthy?

    if yes, then seek medical care. this could be a symptom of something serious.

    #4. are you a woman? tall, and with good skin?

    if yes, then go to a modeling agency. they'd love to have you on them ramps.

    I don't know but I've had this kidney trouble since I was 10.

    I'm not a woman and the sad part is I'm not tall too.

    maayo paka nag problema magpatambok..ako tawon nagproblema unsaon pag paniwang....murag kung lawas na jud na nimu, wala na jud kay mabuhat....

    Lift weights. Very high weights and low reps. Lift weights where you fail after the third repetition. Then eat tons of protein.

    Eat good carbs, increase protein intake, and exercise. Exercise is important. If you eat a lot and don't exercise, you might gain weight pero imong problemahon unsaon na sad pagpadaut. On the other hand if you eat accordingly AND exercise, you gain weight and stay toned. Trying to gain weight myself.

    By the way naay mga tawo nga hyper active ug thyroid. Kung naa ka ani nga condition, paspas kaayo imong metabolism (abnormally fast), maong bisan unsaon nimo'g kaon mag lisud gyud ka ug gain weight. The only way you'll know if naa ka ani is if you visit your doctor. Good luck.
