^^ That's gonna be very difficult without the source, you'll need to make sure you have everything it needs, DLL files, data files, registry entries, etc. You'd best stick to Windows if you need to run that program. Or if you really need to run it under Linux, use VMWare.

never used any high end programming language than "Microsoft Visual Basic" been using it since on third year college, from pirated Version 6 to the Free Express Edition
