    amino suppliments? try daw sa mga health stores or sport shops.. maybe naa did2.. i usually get my amino from my food i eat. hehehe..

    Cardio gyud dapat para pa niwang nya weights para gain ug muscle... unaha lang unsa imo priority at the moment... sa cardio kai dapat 30 mins 3 to 5 times a day kung ganahan ka mu burn ug fat... mu help sad if dili ka mu kaon 2-3 hours before sleeping para ma digest tarung imo gi kaon... nya avoid sad ug beer, softdrinks, and cheese kung ganahan gyud ka magpa six-pack

    pero bai, if you read the whole thread, mas-effective daw ang weight lifting mo-burn og fats/calories... don't know if it's 100% true, but i'm sticking to weight lifting for now kay mas dili kapoy nya maka-dako pud og lawas at the same time, maka-burn og fats.
    do muscles weigh more than fats?

    I think proper exercise and diet will work. Maau sab na lift weighting pra dli ka flabby. Lain mn pd tan-awon daot then flabby.
