we need to form support group gyud
we just need each other to organize the support group..meet maybe once a week to discuss the feelings and emotions and what has transpired and how you coped with it..

i also have axiety/panic attacks. im having a hard time. Naa bay group na dri sa istorya about ani? we need to help each other.
