hi! the first thing you should do is to read about the different breeds and chose one that fits your lifestyle. read about how to care for them...some (like most long-haired dogs) requires higher maintenance and seek a lot of attention. different breeds have different temperaments and personalities. you should pick one that suits you most

agree ko ni mypetstation. ako advice nimo bro kay if large dogs ka like mga retrievers or gsd etc, kelangan siya ug dako na space and garden or if gamay space den kelangan nimo siya i walk jud. and ang dako na dogs if imo isulod sa balay dako chance makabuak unless trained. sa small dogs ok ra sila sa balay, di kaayo ing-ana ka hassle. interms sa food, dako kaon ang mga large dogs while small dogs gamay. interms sa hair, since hairy man imo nahan, so it means na dapat mu sudlay ka, ang shampoo kay dapat nindot sad, mga pagkaon para nindot ang buhok. ug if naay asthma, den basin mu trigger ang asthma attack tungod sa buhok. pero in the end ikaw ghapon ang mu decide and kung unsa man imo lifestyle, then mao na imo ipili....goodluck niya

oh yeah good point sa allergies! if you or anyone in your household has allergies of some sort, you may want to consider getting a hypoallergenic breed or non-shedding dogs such as the poodle, bichon frise, maltese, yorkie, etc...

agree with blackpanther....kng unsa maka catch sa imong attention kana na.
ikaw nalang adjust sa imong lifestyle, balhin nalang ka ug mas dako na lugar if the dog needs space. mag sugod nalang ka ug jogging2x kay kinahanglan man ang dog mag exercise...hehe
