I think the best way to measure this is to first make a list of what you expect you can do on your device, then look for which device can do most if not everything that you WANT & NEED.

So far, Iphone 4 is the only one that can do everything I want right now, of course I have to Jailbreak it to do so.

I think mo matter sad cguro ang spacetime. I think relative ang device sa time na pag release ug sa time na ilang gi project kutob til their next release or iteration of that device.

What's best hi-end phone for now might not hold true next month or the month after or next year etc...
