    i smoke frequently before, but i was able to control it or minimize until the time nga naka-undang nako when i started lifting weights or going to the gym, it's nice to do something nga maka pa divert sa bisyo like what i did, depende ra jud cguro na sa pag control...

    i see. prevention is better than cure my friend. better if you totally prevent/avoid smoking. you are not just doing a favor to your own body but to your family and the people around you as well. talking about second-hand smoke... hehehe!

    yup adik jud bro. di ko mahimutang kung walay sigarilyo. labaw na karon abot na ug 20 sticks a day. dugay nko plano ug stop pero wa pa gyud naundangan.. tnx for the advice doc. hehehe
