Any ideas mga bro? Windows Vista Business ang O.S. Tried it using admin account, even activated the the hidden administrator account still no go. Computer doesn't have local policy set up nor its a member of a domain for GPO. Thank you daan.

I dunno if this will work for you bro, but you can try:
1. Start-Programs-Accessories, RIGHT CLICK on COMMAND PROMPT, Run as Administrator
2. If needed, key in the Administrator Password
3. In the command prompt, type DATE mm/dd/yyyy (for ex. DATE 01/14/2011) then press enter
4. Still in the command prompt, type TIME hh:mm (for ex. TIME 6:20) then press enter
^^ tried it bro no luck thank you.. na solve na diay ni gi pa change nalang gyud nako sa BIOS. pero ngano kaha gyud sa nga dli siya ma change sa gui level na..
Have experience this before pero xp to cya. Naa message inig click nmo sa time. What I have done is remove ang deep freeze kay naa man nka install. I don't know why deep freeze preventing me from changing the time.
