Need expert advice!

I'm trying to connect my PS2 to my LED TV monitor for my PC. The PS2 has composite video (rca), while the inputs on my monitor are only HDMI and DVI (Samsung PX2370). Is there any device I can buy, say like an adapter for this? The graphics card on my pc is an 8600 GT and it has a 7-pin S-video jack on it, is there any device I can purchase too (rca to s-video adapter) to play my PS2 on my monitor?

I'm looking at CDR-Kings ITV-300 na PCI Tv tuner.. naa man xay composite video na jack pero di lng ko xur kung unsaon na pag paagi kay PCI card man xa.. im pretty sure na basin naa na xay dala drivers ug software para magamit pero mao lage need expert advice hehe
