The best way to lose weight is to think positively that you can actually shed pounds. Another is discipline. Sometimes it's hard to sacrifice some foods which you think appealing on your taste but actually they're not helping you to lose some weight but rather contribute on gaining one.

Very well said. Also, always remember to eat food that will make/help you stay healthy and live longer not those foods that will satisfy your hunger or thirst but will slowly kill you! keep that in mind and make it your guide. I remember how my girlfriend would always tease me whenever we go out and eat because I always say 'will this food do me good now and in the future or it will temporarily satisfy my hunger?' hehe! sounds funny to her at first but eventually she changed her eating habits for good. so, you see, its contagious to be healthy! Not only will it make you feel and look good, your family or the people around you will benefit from it too! hehe!
