I have a balikbayan friend...he asked me, where is the best place here in Cebu for him and his wife to set a dinner for two?

His wife is a British accountant..kinda elegant and stunning. Asa kaha ngari sa Cebu nato makit-an ning mga restaurant....

try mga restuarants in hotels, wa pa man jud ko ka sulod sa mga restaurants sa waterfront (kay mahal) pero basi bec of the price mas elegante ang ang restaurant. Good luck
