Proper land zoning for sustainability? For example in Town A:
->5000 hectares should be totally free from humans
->5000 hectares for restricted use for human needs (gathering herbals, honey bees) but still free from humans living in area
->5000 hectares controlled use for human needs (timbers, forest products) still free from from human living in the area
->10,000 hectares for restricted and uncovertible agricultural use - coconuts, mangoes, jackfruits, oranges, etc. products. Starting here can be a residential area but it is what it is - you CAN'T plant rice and vegetables in this area even if you're the owner.
->30,000 hectares for restricted and traditional agricultural use - rice, vegetables, piggery, cattle farm, etc. but no way you can build business establishments in this area even if you own the land.
->30,000 hectares traditional agricultural use - same as above except that small business establishments can be build in this area
->remaining hectares - multiple usage, build your condo if you want.
I know this won't happen in Cebu province anymore but at least someone did
