if they can not get him thruough a paraffin test how about ballistic exam to test where the bullet has been fired. that is if they have the bullet first.

if dili si mayor ramirez, then who else? Somebody from the mayor's patrolling unit may have shot the victim dead... Let the investigation course its way para mahatagan sad ug hustisya ang mga hingtungdan...
It is very clear the mayor ramirez is hiding something.... But let's presume him innocent until proven guilty in the court of law...
