I was really impressed with the customer service that your store has but today, I just dunno what happened. I went to your store in Robinson's Cybergate at exactly 3.40PM today and talked to a girl wearing white blouse. I asked her if how much would the price be if I would have the LCD Screen of my wife's N95 fixed. She just simply replied with "Hala wala raba among technician sir. Ganiha ra man to nilakaw. Ibilin lang na." then turned back on us. I asked a follow up question if when will he be back? Is he on break? She replied "wala ko kabalo. Ibilin lang na." then again turned her back on us. I dunno if she is new or she's not in the mood.
My wife and I went there to have her old phone fixed, buy 2 skull candy headphones, and a new Samsung Wave for her as a surprise birthday gift. I'm sorry for this comment.
I still like your service in EMall. It's still the best gadget shop in Cebu but I'm not going back to your Cybergate branch anymore
