Good day Sir Mark!

I was really impressed with the customer service that your store has but today, I just dunno what happened. I went to your store in Robinson's Cybergate at exactly 3.40PM today and talked to a girl wearing white blouse. I asked her if how much would the price be if I would have the LCD Screen of my wife's N95 fixed. She just simply replied with "Hala wala raba among technician sir. Ganiha ra man to nilakaw. Ibilin lang na." then turned back on us. I asked a follow up question if when will he be back? Is he on break? She replied "wala ko kabalo. Ibilin lang na." then again turned her back on us. I dunno if she is new or she's not in the mood.

My wife and I went there to have her old phone fixed, buy 2 skull candy headphones, and a new Samsung Wave for her as a surprise birthday gift. I'm sorry for this comment.

I still like your service in EMall. It's still the best gadget shop in Cebu but I'm not going back to your Cybergate branch anymore

sorry about that...she is very new still in the trial period, shes under training.

rest assured i will make sanctions appropriately and work with them to prevent such behavior from happening again. i hope you can give us another chance

Hi ... I just bought a white&gold C3 earlier. The girl who assisted me was really nice. She might have been the owner. Anyway ... it was fun. I got to pick a prize just for buying a phone. And I got lots of freebies.

Highly recommended.

The store next to Gizmo asked for 800 to replace my broken cellphone screen; Gizmo did it for 600. The technician was very friendly too. Thank you.

I bought another C3 yesterday sa Cybergate branch. Lavender. Pero ... how come ang girl murag dili sha aware sa price sa promo? I had to show her pa the website. So sad ... And wala lagi pick a prize sa Cybergate branch? Pero aside from that .. okay naman.

hi sorry for that xmas promo rato ang pick a prize until dec.25 mam...regarding sa awareness sa staff ni handle il take a look into the situation and call her attention sorry for that. thank you for supporting gizmo
