pero naa say mga company na maski unsaun nimog effort wala jud cla nagpahalaga. im saying na i've been with companies like that before. makahilak nalang ko sa tanang nakong effort then wala ra diay tanan. and still wala ko nag yaw2 maybe im just that kind of person na passive lang sa tanan na negativity around me. pero i never talked sh#t lang kay for experience ive learned something man sad . naa to isa ka company na gi attempt kog rape sa among OM na foreigner and ang mga security personnel gi alarma ang company head kay kita man kaayo sa webcam ang tanan na nahitabo. pag ugma nahibaw-an nalang nako ilang gi tak2 ang OM i dont know maybe para mawala ang scandalo. Then ana pa cla nako mag file ba kono ko ug case. but anyway experience as they've said either bad or good. I'm thankful na karon happy ko sa akong current cmpany although grabe ang politika survive lang jud.

given a chance to work is such a great blessing and lets be thankful to that..imagine, years ago where BPO companies are not existing yet, people are very eager to find job even if just manpower jobs just to survive the everyday living...but now where BPO companies exists anywhere people are so insensitive already, call centers here and after few months call center on the other side after that giving negative feedback on the previous company..hate to say this but there are people who are like this..

lets just be contented on what we have because being employed is not an assurance of a brighter future if you want to grow..start growing and have your current job a stepping stone for your sparkling future..

Depende jud na sa company guys. First off, I really love my job, wala jud koy reklamo sa ako trabaho. Ang management lng jud ang walay klaro.

Ang nahitabo man gud sa akong part is that... I"m one of the pioneering batch.... so every time makakita ko og loophole, e-change nila ang policy para ma counter ang loophole pra dili jud ko makalusot og rason sa akong "request". It's really hard when everything the employees say is wrong when in fact, if I was wrong - then why change the policy? maka duda sa? 2 times nako naka experience ani, same company... guess what? 2x pud nila gi change ang policy.

Next, do you call a company that does not fulfill their promise "professional"? Cge jud ko og request nga pa print ang contract, pero ila rason, "wala pa na notaryohan." --- hapit nlng ko mag 4 months, wala gihapon na notaryohan. They told me that they will give me a copy - pero wala jud bisag cge ko follow up - ang akong follow up kay dili raba annoying - once a month ra jud, so bali 4x ra ko ni ask in 4 months.

But to each his own man jud. Experience is the best teacher - mao na natagam jud ko. Nag hulat nlng ko ma fired ko diri or mahurot ako pasencya. Kay ang nahitabo noh, cge nlng ko og "accept" and "sacrifice" over something nga naa ang uban team nako - pero wala gi provide sa ako.

The issue of being humble and pride is not the main point here, because for me, I am doing my job well, and in fact, my client is praising me - but the management does not reward me fairly like my other team mates... kibaw mo unsa ako gipangayo? Holiday ra intawn.

What most companies lack? It's fairness in treatment. Sayang kaayu ang mga employees nga nag tinarong sa jobs pero bisag gamay ra nga request hatag - dili sugtan, pero ang uban - gi sugtan. I thought nga ang companies mu tanaw na sila sa side sa employees.... pero wala man. Sila kaha pa trabaho ani ako client sa? hahahaha!

Ako sa tanan nakong company na gi trabaho.an nag dugay ko and ni resign ko in my own will. Naka abot ko sa tanan nindot na part sa company....Sa una western wats pwerteng nindota wa koy ika reklamo i was still a teenager pag work nako didto I was so thankful. Then sa Calltek wala sab koy ika reklamo so far the best company. Karon sa akong new company maski naa daghan reklamo ang uban kay daghan man og accounts dri pero sa akong accounts grabeh ka relax ka nindot og ka dako og sweldo basta mag tinarong lang pud. Cge sila ana na kini akong company krn worst pero sa tinuod lang if ma mabutang mo sa account namo aw di mo kabiya sa nindot sa ilang incentive scheme......

there are no good and bad companies... lain lain man ug management gud... if you are already working, just do your thing and let other people so their thing as well. Let us just be thankful that we have the privileged to be employed and have the chance to earn. Sagdi ng office politics. Pero if DMD, then resign. Find a workplace na ma happy ka...
