ako kay basta sa public place it's a free for all, pero mga military base and such places mag bantay2x gud ko ana..

if mo say ug di pwede then mo hunong man gud ko... kapoy na lalis ug guard kay mo gamay ra imu IQ (thanks USC..hehehe..). im w/ my 2 nikonites friend, 2 girls and another guy friend. nag prenup2x kmi sa mga lingkuran, ok pa, wala man security guard or police. then adto kmi sa unahan, sa may red na sidewalk then sa daku na pader(i dont know how to describe it) then after a couple of shots, dumating yung police asking sa permit, then nagkuha kmi ng permit, wala daw, naa sila meeting. so uli nlang kmi. naglakaw2x kmi sa sidewalk hantud mka kita taxi, layu na gyud kmi then sinita na pud ka police na dili daw pwede mulakaw. lolz.. balik na pud kmi sa may mga lingkuranan then nag hitch sa jeep ng bantay dagat padung fort san pedro.. hayy.. hehe

I have also experience this one in IT Park ...I took a photo on our own Building then gi sita dayun ko sa Guard nah dili pwede, ako dayun explain nga dinhe man ko nag work gihapon even inside the building mag picture gani meh...ingun gyud siya dili gyud knu pwede.
