one reason ngano ni daghan tao sa syudad is because ang farmland or rural area which is ripe for farming are being abandoned by farmers and their family. The reason for this is that the government are not providing financial assistance to this farmers so that they can till the land and make use of it. and also some land are converted to subdivisions and golf courses. without land to till or farm their option is to go the city to survive.

the best solution is to put investment on localities... to ease congestion on the major cities... for example.... instead of putting of call center here in cebu why not just put the new one on carcar or danao by that way people from the north and south dont need to come to cebu to look for work...

it would make a lot of sense to put investments on the provinces that way

1.) mas mo taas ang industrial/agricultural output sa usa ka province
2.) provinces would employ more people
3.) mas lau ma abtan ang services sa government

though di ko matingala ngano mo contra ang mga big cities ani.. giapas man nila ang taxes.. more people, more taxes. dba?

and also.. dapat jud naa ta population control... wala pulos daghan reserve nga manpower pero di pud qualified.. training is expensive and not all that are trained becomes qualified dba..
