Pila ka days tawagan after the interview from Stream Global? Ng apply mn gud ko this week and nka pasar ko sa 1st exam pero after the interview g ignan ko nga tawagan rah daw ko nila. How many days will I'm going to wait mahn sa ilang call?

Pila ka interview imong naagian bro? Naa kay na permahan nga any paper ba ron? Murag wala ka nadawat bro... if ing.ana nga dialogue. Not unless naa kay napirmahan..

true though, in stream.. they'll tell you na they're gonna call you up to tell you the next set of interviews daw or blah blah will be inform but honestly, you really did not pass.

Purya gaba kaayo ilang usa ka recruitment officer. Liman mo naay mag take ug exam unya cya perteng pagka dako.a ug baba cge storya ug sige ug kanta kanta. Walay batasan. Pwede ba diay na naa mag take ug exam unya usa sa mga nag hatag sa exam ky mag sige ug kanta kanta mura ra ba ug nindot ug tingong. Unya sa una katong ETEL pa ang mga recruitment officers kay mag english jud karon na murag dili man kahibaw mo english ang uban naa pay usa ay nga ingnan lang ka " Can you kinda sign this because I'm kinda put it there". Unya ipa feel jud ni Inday nga Recruitment officer ko, applicants ra mo. Luoy intawn kaayo tong usa ka gi interview niya kay igo ra niya gipalingkod unya gi ask " Do you have any call center experience?" then pag ingon sa applicant nga wala ingon dayon si Inday " Ok, thank you, you may reapply after 6 months!".

chilax rah! recruitment na lageh gitirahan nato ron. anyways, ang ma.comment ko lang ana kay taas ra kaau hiring process kht pa 1.day hire ka. kay naa exam didto na personality churva na 300 items almost. 11am me niadto, 11pm nako kauli.
recruitment pa lang yan. but now, ok na sana ang stream, mu stay unta ko, but aftr they implemented changes with dell case ownership, coupled with my tl manipulating schedules, mubalhin na jud me cvg, kay naa naman pud me start date.

no it's not true na poor imo speaking skills o grammar mao mo undergo ka LPET. naa ko ka wavemate, maau na kaau 2 ka call centers iya experience. pero ang LPET sa iya is more on observation sa iya if willing ba jud siya mo work sa Stream. in fact, after 3 months sa floor na promote siya as L2/Tier2. pero ang karaan sa floor wala hinuoon. i heard na 85% sa LPET pasok jud na unless naa attitude problem like attendance, etc.

85 score, pero ug dili magtarong minsa ma usik ang oras kai 4weeks na mokaon sa imong oras. Congratz kaniya. What program siya?

Thats 8-9 hours roughly the time you will spend on the floor. Its part of checking whether your staying or not. I just hate the fact that our salary is not the one that you signed but I can't regret the good trainers we have here. Not all of them are stiff and the programs are great!
