If iStorya.net were PUBLIC property, all of your allegations may hold water. But iStorya.net is PRIVATE property...so to illustrate this, let's use a simple analogy:

You own a house. You open the gate to let guests in. Let's take note that guests, should in no way, act as if they see the house as PUBLIC property, because it's not theirs. They were only allowed in BY CHOICE of the owners. Their existence inside the bounderies of the property is ALWAYS hanging by a thread, because they are merely guests.

Now, the guest does something (I don't know what it is, but most likely it could be something that offended the culture, religion, or traditions of the house owner) which the house owners are not comfy with, but these actions may NOT BE something which breaks the law or is something dangerous...but STILL, the owners have the right to eject the guest out, because the guest was doing something that was uncomfortable/inappropriate as defined by the owners.

Ergo, once you step into someone's property, you are under the local rules of that property, and if the owner deems you are unfit in the property, out you go.

Wala na'y complications pa. It's THAT simple.
