    Default Knee problem,


    guys,, i'm 18 years old football player niya i had a knee injury when i was 16,, left knee, until now wala ghapun na ayu, i cant also afford to have MIR,, just need your advice and sugestions coz i really want to play soccer,, cant play 100% coz i'm scared man gud everytime mu duwa ko kay if ma sayup lang ug tukod niya ma tandog ako knee mura siyag mu dislocate niya sakit gyud kaayu nga d nako maka barog,, it always hapen to me everytime mu duwa ko, every after mu sakit ni ako ni i pahuway until mawala na ang pain pero i can feel nga my knee is not that strong and d na maka suport ug tarung if mu dagan ko or mu duwa ko,,, can you guys give some advice kay naa mi game this febuary and i really need to play,,, tsk, do i need to take medicne? or somthing,,, hmmmm tsk! pls guys,,, thnx nlng daan!

    Pa check up ug doctor bai, ayaw na iduwa kay basin musamot na nuon na.

    ako pa nimu bro change sport nalang ka. apil naalang ug marathon. kay ug contact sport pabor gyud ka sa injury. uwahi na ang mahay

    we have the same problem bai. naa man gani screeching sound akong left knee when i climb up a stair. avid basketball player pud ko before up to now. what i did was I changed sports from basketball to badminton but failure gihapon coz painful japon especially skillfull kaayu ang opponent. nag gym fanatic nalang ko just to make my body work gihapon in replacement for my beloved sports.

    there is no immediate cure for that. change sports and lifestyle mao jud na ang advice sa mga doctors. this week im planning to consult also for an orthopedic doctor hoping to have a final conclusion for my problem too.

    yup ako sauna basketball ako sport pero karon running nalang. kay walay lateral movements. 1 direction ra ug mu dagan ka. running helps a lot, tungod ani ni lose ko ug 40 pounds. maka trim down gyud ang running with proper diet and exercise

    kung injuries gani na bai better gyud mo adto ka sa doctor, kuyaw man gud na like sa akong nailhan na cancerous na hinoon.

    pag running nlng sa bro den dala exercise....ayaw sa idula kay basin masamutan na hnuon na xa...yaw lang pugsa f d madala bro....psychological na xa bro...f nahan jud ka maau maau ra na xa...but better consult pud sa doctor bout ana u knee injury para matambagan kag proper treatment...
    nakasuway na pud ko ana b4 bro den mao ra na ako gbuhat running den exercise until nawala na daun xa but dli nko pugson kay dli sad maau imo palabian...

    try to see a good Physical Therapist...and when you find one...there is a great possibility that you play your favorite sport once again in the near future...
